Warranty Policy

We hope you can enjoy using our lights without hassles, then checking our warranty before place an order is very important.

LIMITED WARRANTY

  • All CO LIGHT Led Light Bulbs, Led Light Bars and Led Driving Lights, Sealed Beam Headlights carry a 24-month warranty.
  • Laser Offroad Lights are backed with 24-month warranty.
  • Wiring harnesses and related accessories carry a 60-day warranty. The extra brackets are 12-month warranty.


If our lights fail, burn out or not working at any point within the timelines stated above of the date of receipt, we usually provide a new one to replaced. Before the replacement, you need to provide a video of the light not working, and also cooperate to test the light. After we confirm the problem, we still need you to provide a picture of the cutted wire then ship the new lights. Please follow the steps to make sure the replacement goes smooth.
The warranty for wiring harnesses and related accessories is only valid for unmodified harnesses. Proper maintenance of the harness is the responsibility of the customer, as any corrosion can create a high resistance point and needs to be checked regularly.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover consumable or consumable parts and product problems related to:

If it becomes apparent that the product has been damaged, misused, neglected, tampered with, or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.
'Misuse" includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmable circuit, or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs, or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and only applies to direct customers who placed the order from www.led-colight.com. For the customers who bought from Amazon/Aliexpress/Ebay or end uses, please contact your dealer/third-platform for warranty service.

COLIGHT will not be liable to the purchaser or anyone else for incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, indirect, or punitive damages arising from any defect, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, lost profits, or another economic injury.
COLIGHT shall not be liable for expenses incurred in the use of a product and/or the removal and re-installation or troubleshooting of a product requiring service or repair or for the packaging or handling.
